Has covered Iraq War, Somalia and Sudan conflicts, slums in Kenya and Cambodia, ethnic minorities in the UK, etc.
His works have appeared in various major newspapers, magazines, books and other media across the world, like a photobook "Proud to be Nuba" published by Nanne Op 'T Ende in holland.
Completed Kyoto University(Japan, BA&MA in economics) and,
Cardiff School of Journalism, Media and Cultural Studies(UK, MA course).
Born in Japan.
